Shipping Methods and Rates

Ceferina Professional does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays.

All nutri-dose.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will make every effort to have your order processed as quickly as possible and delivered to your chosen carrier.

Our carrier does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, nor does it deliver to PO Boxes.

All orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, please allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery.

We are not responsible for incorrect or missing address information please double check your address.


Return & Exchange Policy

En Ceferina Professional  we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products.

 

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.

Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days and once processed we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post onto your account depending on your financial institution.

 

Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped, arrives defective or damaged.
